Country Ribs and Gravy

Cut the onion into slices and place the onions into the bottom of a crockpot slow cooker.

Layer the country style pork ribs on top of the onions. Lightly sprinkle the ribs with salt and black pepper.

In a bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup and sliced mushrooms.

Add the mushroom gravy over the pork ribs. Sprinkle the paprika over the soup. Cover and cook on the low.

Remove the pork to a serving plate and keep warm. Stir together flour and water. Pour the flour mixture into the liquid in the crockpot to thicken the gravy. Turn the slow cooker to HIGH heat setting and cook for about 3-5 minutes or until gravy is thickened.
