Cut the bacon strips in half and place on a wire rack over a baking sheet and bake until crisp.

When the bacon is done, butter each slice of bread.

Place two bread slices into a large skillet buttered side down.

Spread the thousand island dressing on each slice of bread in the skillet.

Next spread on the Sauerkraut and then add slice of Swiss cheese to each.

Pile the turkey, ham, and bacon onto the sandwiches, divided evenly.

Top each with the Thousand Island dressing, followed by another slice of Swiss cheese and bread, butter side up.

Place the skillet over medium heat and grill until bread is golden brown and crispy. Flip the sandwiches over and grill the other side.

Serve and enjoy!
