In a medium bowl, melt the butter. Add the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt to the melted butter. Stir well to combine.

Spread the crumb crust mixture into the bottoms of the mini pie pans, evenly and up the sides. Press it firmly to compact it together. Set aside.

In a medium bowl whisk the egg yolks together. Add the sweetened condensed milk and lime juice to the egg yolks and whisk together until well combined.

Divide mixture into the two unbaked graham cracker crusts. Place the individual pies on a baking sheet and bake.

Cool completely on a wire rack.

Chill in the refrigerator, if desired, or serve when completely cooled. Garnish with whipped cream and lime slices, if desired.
