6 Ingredient Honey Garlic Shrimp

Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a medium bowl. Place the raw shrimp in a zip-top bag. Pour 1/2 of the marinade mixture on top, and stir to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Cover and refrigerate the remaining marinade. It is used when cooking the shrimp.

Preheat the oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Drain the shrimp then place it in the large skillet. Cook the shrimp on one side until pink and then turn them over. Pour in the reserved marinade over the shrimp and cook until the shrimp is cooked through.

Serve the shrimp topped with the cooked marinade sauce and garnish with green onion or chives if desired. Tastes great served over rice and broccoli.
