How to make Crab Meat Salad
Roughly chop the imitation crab meat on a cutting board.
Dice the onion and celery into small pieces.
In a medium bowl add all the ingredients together and stir until well coated.
Refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Hi Joan, Greek yogurt can be used as a substitute for sour cream in this recipe. You could also omit the sour cream and just double the mayo if you prefer. Enjoy!
