How to make Crab Meat Salad:
Roughly chop the imitation crab meat on a cutting board.

Dice the onion and celery into small pieces.

In a medium bowl add all the ingredients together and stir until well coated.

Refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Hi Carol, I think that would be delicious. I recommend about a 1/4 cup slivered or sliced almonds for this size recipe.
