Bacon Chicken and Brussels Sprouts

Place the Brussels sprouts in an even layer in the bottom of a baking dish. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Whisk together the minced garlic, lemon juice, chicken broth, and thyme. Pour over the Brussels sprouts into the dish.

Sprinkle each chicken breast with salt and pepper then wrap with bacon. Place chicken with the bacon seam side down on top of the sprouts.

Bake, serve, and enjoy!
