Ingredients
heavy cream sweetened condensed milk vanilla extract banana canned crushed pineapple Optional toppings - hot fudge, caramel sauce, and nuts

In a stand mixer bowl, add the heavy cream. Using the whisk attachment, whip on medium speed to form soft peaks, about 3-5 minutes.

Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Whisk on low until combined.

On a cutting board, dice the banana into small pieces.

Gently fold the diced bananas and drained crushed pineapple into the cream mixture.

Pour into one or two freezer safe dishes. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until frozen.
