Bacon Parmesan Green Beans
Ingredients
fresh green beans olive oil minced garlic salt pepper Panko breadcrumbs Parmesan cheese bacon
Place the beans in a bowl and add olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Spray a small baking sheet with non-stick spray and line the beans close together on it in a row.
Top with the Panko breadcrumbs.
Sprinkle on the shredded parmesan cheese.
Cut the bacon into 1 inch pieces and layer on top of the cheese. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake at 425 degrees F. for 15 – 20 minutes or until bacon is cooked to desired doneness.
Transfer beans to a serving platter or two dinner plates and enjoy!
