So simple and so delicious! You might need to add another 1/4 cup water. At the 3 1/2 hour mark on low, the sauce was extremely thick and if left to cook longer, it would have burned. I added the additional water and it was fine. One green onion is not enough, we used three. If you like heat, add more red pepper flakes. I will be making this again.

Could you use a pork loin ?

Zona

Hi Connie, I have not tried using pork loin in this recipe. I think it would probably work fine if you slice it thin like we do with the beef. Let me know if you try it and how it turns out for you.

I was looking for recipes to make in my crockpot since I haven't used it since I bought it. I figured with all the quarantine going on; I would crack it open. This receipt was the first I tried. It was delicious! So each for someone who doesn't cook to follow. The meat was juicy and tender, and I added a bit more crushed pepper for spice. Thank you for this recipe. It's so great!
