Chicken Salad Wraps for Two - delicious and filling!

These wraps are delicious and satisfying filled with breaded chicken, mayo, dried cranberries, honey roasted almonds and celery wrapped up in a flour tortilla. They are perfect for a lunch on the go or a nice filling dinner for two.

Cook the chicken according to the package directions. Allow to cool then cut into slices.

Chicken Salad Wraps for Two - breaded chicken cooked and sliced

In a medium bowl combine the cranberries, almonds and celery, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.

Place the tortillas on separate plates and fill each with half of the chicken slices. Top each with half of the mayo mixture.

 

Roll the wraps, cut and enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 2 frozen breaded boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup dried sweetened cranberries (Craisins)
  • 1/4 cup sliced honey roasted almonds
  • 1 stalks celery diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce optional
  • 2 large burrito size tortillas
