Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo - the best recipe

Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo is a beautiful mix of flavors with homemade creamy white Alfredo sauce seasoned with garlic, shaved Parmesan cheese, and tender diced chicken all stirred together with perfect al dente fettuccine pasta, mushrooms and broccoli.

 

These are the ingredients I used.

In a large sauce pan, boil water and cook fettuccine according to the package directions, then drain.

In a large frying pan, sauté the chicken until cooked through.

Add in the mushrooms, cream cheese and butter, stirring until cheese and butter are melted.

Add in the milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 3 minutes or until thickened.

Add the broccoli and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Stir in the fettuccine and cook until warmed through, about 2 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast cubed
  • 4 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 3 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Cup frozen chopped broccoli thawed
  • 3 medium mushrooms sliced or chopped
  • 4 oz fettuccine
